Services include: structure vulnerability assessments with written recommendations; defensible space reviews and suggested improvements; larger landscape level property assessments with written hazard fuels treatment/prescriptions; site specific fire prevention, preparedness, and safety plans; 3-D style digital tours as well as professional drone images and video available; implementation services including vegetation cutting and stand thinning, slash removal and pile burning, and/or referral to trusted contractors in your area. Other services available including formal coursework instruction and meeting facilitation.
WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE WILDFIRE RISK REDUCTION
Site specific wildland fuels treatment prescriptions designed to reduce fire risk to structures and valuable assets. Easy to read and understand written reports outlining suggested fuels treatment options including spatially represented site plans and corresponding aerial and ground photography.
INCIDENT AND EVENT PLANNING, COORDINATION, AND/OR FACILITATION
Services are customized to meet the specific needs of each incident or event. We will work collaboratively with your organization to meet your goals and objectives through training; simulations; or meeting management and facilitation.

Founder of WMN, LLC
Syndy Zerr
Syndy, the founder of WMN, LLC spent more than 30 years as a wildland fire professional, working for state and federal land management agencies. Her first experience on a wildland fire was deep in the Eagle Cap Wilderness of northeastern Oregon, in 1985.
​
Since then, Syndy has worked as an Engine Captain, Crew Captain, hotshot, heli-rappeller, structural firefighter, Battalion Chief, Division Chief, Fire Management Officer, and Deputy Fire Chief.
Her experiences include developing fuels treatment prescriptions for wildland urban interface protection and working with local organizations to develop Community Wildfire Protection Plans, in addition to her many years working in wildland fire suppression.

She has participated in large fire management and all-risk incident management from the west coast to the southeastern states, and Puerto Rico.
